This 4-ingredient tropical cocktail is a hit for a creamy sweet treat – with no added sugar.

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

150g of frozen mango chunks
1 medium-sized banana
3 tbsp of plain yogurt
120ml of orange juice
1 sachet of Crystal Clarity™️ Collagen Powder

METHOD:

Add all the ingredients into a blender and whizz it up until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with a slice of orange.

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp of peanut butter

1 tsp of ground almonds

1 medjool date cut into small pieces

1 tsp of desiccated coconut

1 sachet of Crystal Clarity™️ Collagen Powder

METHOD:

Add all the ingredients into a bowl using a spoon to mix and combine. Then, using your hands, shape into 2 balls. Finally, sprinkle some extra desiccated coconut over each ball to decorate, and… voilà!

This one’s great for prepping a delicious, protein-packed brekkie the night before.

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

40g porridge oats

A handful of berries

120ml milk of your choice

1 tsp of maple syrup, honey or preferred sweetener

1 sachet of Crystal Clarity™️ Collagen Powder

METHOD:

Add the berries into a bowl and using the back of a fork, squish them together until they create a pulp-like texture. Add the oats, collagen powder, milk and maple syrup or honey or sweetener. Combine and leave in the fridge overnight (for a minimum of 6 hours), then add a topping of your choice and enjoy!

TOP TIP:

✨ Try adding cherries and topping with peanut butter powder for a nutty taste without the calories. Plus, you could try adding some chia seeds for extra fibre.

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp of cocoa powder

1 tsp of porridge oats

1 heaped tsp of peanut butter

1-2 tsp of milk of your choice

1-2 drops of vanilla extract

1 tsp of maple syrup or honey (or sweetener to taste)

1 sachet of Crystal Clarity™️ Collagen Powder

METHOD:

In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, porridge oats and collagen powder together. Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract and sweetener, then stir in the milk 1tsp at a time until you have a thick, cookie-dough-like texture. Press the mixture into a small tupperware or silicone mold and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up before eating.

TOP TIPS:

✨ Want lower calories? Try using powdered peanut butter (45 calories instead of 90).

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp of instant coffee powder

1 tsp of cocoa powder

50g of 0% Greek yogurt

Sweetener (to taste)

1-2 drops of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1 tsp of almond flour or oat flour

1 sachet of Crystal Clarity™️ Collagen Powder

METHOD:

Mix the coffee, cocoa and collagen powders together in a bowl. Stir in the Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract and salt - then mix until smooth. Add the flour and mix until you get a dough-like texture (adding a few drops of water if the mixture is too thick). Press the mixture into a small tupperware or silicone mold and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up before eating.

TOP TIP:
